In particular, operators of the 1548 crisis hotline received more than 13,000 calls. They also responded to almost 8,000 requests received via messengers.
In addition, over the past month, the staff of the Ministry of Reintegration’s call centre handled more than 3,500 calls to the Commissioner’s hotline for IDPs.
The most frequently asked questions by citizens on these hotlines of the Ministry of Reintegration include: payment of state aid to IDPs, financial assistance for the purchase of solid household fuel for vulnerable categories of the population of the frontline areas, financial assistance from international organisations, and legal, humanitarian and social assistance.
In September, operators of the hotline of the National Information Bureau (NIB) under the Ministry of Reintegration received over 9,000 calls.
