After all, due to a large-scale disruption in the work of the Kyivstar mobile operator, users temporarily lost the ability to make phone calls.
If there is access to the Internet, citizens can call or leave a message on the hotline 15-48 through WhatsApp/Telegram/Viber mobile messengers at the number: (096) 078-84-33 (24/7).
And also send an e-mail to the post office: 1548@minre.gov.ua.
The hotline team of the Ministry of Reintegration 15-48 will definitely consider all received appeals.
