Specialists in the field of social protection will be able to join the personnel reserve for work at the DOT

Today, the Government has adopted a resolution “On Approval of the Procedure for the Formation of a Personnel Reserve of Social Protection Workers to Work in the De-occupied Territories of Ukraine”. It approves the mechanism for creating the respective reserve.

This will provide the structural units and institutions of social protection of the population established in the DOT or that have resumed work in such territories with qualified personnel. This, in turn, will facilitate the provision of social services and ensure the functioning of the social protection system in such areas.

The reserve will be formed electronically by entering information about specialists into the automated information system “Personnel Reserve of Social Protection Specialists for Work in the De-occupied Territories of Ukraine”.

Such changes are expected to have a positive impact on

  • even distribution of the workload on social protection specialists;
  • quality and accessibility of services for citizens in this area.

The Ministry of Reintegration expresses its gratitude to the team of the Ministry of Social Policy, which developed the draft resolution, for their constructive approach and understanding of the issues of the future de-occupation of the territories.
