This was discussed at a weekly meeting of the Coordination Center for IDPs chaired by Deputy Prime Minister Iryna Vereshchuk.
From time to time, the Ministry of Reintegration’s hotline receives complaints from citizens that when accepting documents for the calculation of payments, they do not take into account the acts of examination of family composition.
“People should receive their IDP payments, even if their family members do not live with them in the government-controlled territory,” noted Iryna Vereshchuk.
Such a certificate of family composition can be issued by condominiums, building managers or other utility companies. Currently, the form of this certificate is arbitrary, but it must be approved, for example, by local authorities.
Following the meeting, the Vice Prime Minister instructed to develop a single form of the certificate to be accepted by social protection departments.
