Methods of identification for IDPs receiving pensions through Oshchadbank

Pensioners who acquired the status of an internally displaced person before 24 February 2022 and receive a pension from Oshchadbank JSC had to undergo physical identification by 31 March 2024. This is stated on the website of the Donetsk DMA.

In case of failure to pass identification within the prescribed period, a person must undergo physical identification in any convenient way to continue receiving pensions.

Ways to pass identification:

  1. In person, by contacting a branch of Oschadbank JSC or a service centre of the Pension Fund of Ukraine with an identity document.
  2. Through authorisation in your personal account on the Pension Fund of Ukraine’s electronic services web portal  using Diia.Signature.
  3. Via video conferencing via the PFU web portal. You can apply for such identification by following the link.
  4. At a foreign diplomatic mission (for pensioners from among IDPs who are abroad).
