It was opened by the Caritas Kryvyi Rih charitable foundation with the financial support of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). This was reported on the foundation’s Facebook page.
IDPs and local residents can use the services of specialists. In particular:
- persons with disabilities (groups 1 and 2);
- single fathers, mothers or guardians of minor children;
- large families;
- low-income people;
- lonely elderly people (60+);
- pregnant women, nursing mothers with children under 3 years of age.
As well as victims of violence, people without a fixed income, families of prisoners of war, missing persons and families in need of social services but who do not receive them for various reasons.

The centre is open from 10:00 to 16:00 at 8 Ivan Franko Street, Kryvyi Rih (St Nicholas the Wonderworker Parish of the UGCC).
