To evacuate from the temporarily occupied territories or Russia, Ukrainian citizens can use the Kolotylivka (Russia) – Pokrovka (Ukraine) checkpoint. Volunteers will meet you there and transfer you to the city of Sumy free of charge.
It is worth noting that the evacuation is free of charge. Social guarantees are provided for evacuees. In particular, free housing in places of compact residence, financial, psychological and medical assistance, etc.
