The online service “Single Window: IDP Assistant” brings together all the useful information for internally displaced persons, provides access to up-to-date data, and allows you to quickly and conveniently find what you are interested in.
This is an initiative of the Donetsk Regional Employment Centre, according to the service’s website.
The chatbot provides information on:
- temporary housing, humanitarian and psychological assistance;
- job search, vacancies, training opportunities, grant programmes;
- social services, medical care, pensions;
- hotline numbers of institutions that provide support to IDPs;
- contacts of humanitarian, charitable and volunteer organisations that can be contacted for help, etc.
The chatbot has a user-friendly interface and provides round-the-clock support for internally displaced persons. It is available here.
