This applies to internally displaced persons who were registered before 24 February 2022.
The issue was discussed at a meeting chaired by Vice Prime Minister Iryna Vereshchuk.
You can confirm your identity both offline and online. This procedure is necessary to verify that public funds are received by the person for whom they are intended.
We remind you that you can complete the identification in any convenient way:
- Visit a branch of JSC Oschadbank or a branch of the Pension Fund of Ukraine (PFU) in person.
- Remotely log in using a qualified electronic signature Diia.Signature (Diia ID) on the Pension Fund of Ukraine’s electronic services web portal.
This is convenient for those who do not have the physical ability to visit banks or the Pension Fund, are in the temporarily occupied territory or prefer online tools.
- Via video conferencing. You can submit an application on the Pension Fund’s electronic services web portal or through the Pension Fund of Ukraine Contact Centre at the following numbers: 0 800 503 753, (044) 281-08-70, (044) 281-08-71.
- In case of staying abroad, obtain a certificate of the fact that the person is alive from a foreign diplomatic mission of Ukraine and submit these documents to the Pension Fund of Ukraine, where the pensioner is registered. The documents can be submitted via the Fund’s web portal or by post.
Please note that the results of video identification are sent to the email address specified during registration.
