The city has recently completed the modernization of 10 such centers. It is planned to provide housing for 500 internally displaced persons.
This was reported by the Ukrainian Red Cross Society.
The project involves repair work and full equipment with necessary furniture, appliances and other means for comfortable living.
Hygiene centers, social laundries, hairdressing salons and specialized camps for pregnant women will also be available for the displaced.
The initiative is being implemented as part of the Shelter+ project with the support of the Austrian Red Cross.
