UNICEF will allocate more than UAH 203 million to prepare schools for the winter period. The initiative is being implemented under the patronage of First Lady Olena Zelenska. On October 31, the Interagency Commission on the Application and Implementation of IHL in Ukraine and the National IHL Committee of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland signed a Memorandum of Understanding. On October 30-31, a conference on the humanitarian dimension of the Ukrainian Peace Formula was held in Montreal. Its participants discussed the implementation of the fourth point – “Release of all prisoners and deportees”. The event resulted in the adoption of a joint communiqué.
