How to change bank details of the eRecovery card?

You need to change the card’s bank details when the bank refuses to make a payment. For example, if the card was blocked before the funds were credited or if there was a mistake in the details.

The procedure will depend on how the application was submitted: through the Diia app, the Diia portal, or the ASC.

This is reported by the Ministry of Communities and Territories Development in its telegram channel.

Ways to change the details:

1. The application was submitted through the Diia application – the applicant receives a notification that the payment was rejected by the bank and can immediately change the details in the application.

2. The application was submitted through the Diia portal – the applicant receives a notification by e-mail, after which he/she must log in to the portal in his/her user account and change the details in the previously submitted application.

3. The application was submitted through the ASC – you need to contact the ASC and change the details. This can be any ASC, not just the one where you submitted your application for the first time.
