War-affected households in three frontline regions can receive grants to prepare livestock for winter

The program is aimed at supporting affected agriculture in a number of communities in Zaporizhzhia, Mykolaiv and Kharkiv regions. It is being implemented by the Estonian Refugee Council (ERC).

Under the program, 180 households will receive grants of up to UAH 32,200 to meet basic agricultural needs as they prepare their livestock for winter.

The assistance can be used to rebuild livestock facilities, feed, and veterinary care.

Households in the following communities can apply for the program:

  • Zaporizhzhia region: Zaporizhzhia district, Vilnyanska and Bilenkivska communities;
  • Mykolaiv region: Mykolaiv district, Shevchenkivska and Olshanska communities;
  • Kharkiv region: Chuhuiv rayon, Zmiivska, Novopokrovska and Slobozhanska communities and Izium rayon, Barvinkivska community.

The social and financial vulnerability of households will be taken into account when reviewing applications.
