To maintain and ensure the proper condition of important logistical connections necessary for the defense capability of Ukraine, in particular, in front-line regions, the Government at its meeting adopted an order, which provided for:
To allocate UAH 1.456 billion to the State Agency for Infrastructure Restoration and Development of Ukraine, in particular, for:
Mykolaiv region – UAH 410 million
Odessa region – UAH 200 million
Kharkiv region – UAH 846 million
To allocate UAH 306.37 million from the state budget reserve fund to regional budgets for:
Mykolaiv regional military administration – UAH 170 million
Kherson regional military administration – UAH 136.4 million
“We must ensure the proper functioning of logistical routes necessary for the defense capability of the state. In addition, roads in frontline communities are necessary both for the Armed Forces of Ukraine and for the humanitarian needs of those Ukrainians living near the line of demarcation with the enemy,” said Deputy Prime Minister for Reconstruction of Ukraine – Minister of Community and Territorial Development Oleksiy Kuleba.
Special attention is paid to roads that are of fundamental importance for the country’s defense capability, and to roads in frontline regions, thanks to which their residents can count on the necessary medical care, social services, or evacuation, if necessary.
