Our mission
The main purpose of the National Agency for Territorial Development of Ukraine is to implement state policy on the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine, protect the rights of the people living there and restore constitutional order in that territory.
What we do
We provide humanitarian, social, advisory, psychological and other assistance to civilians — including those in the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine.
We run the 1548 crisis hotline and the IDP Commissioner’s hotline — 24/7, with no days off.
We develop social projects, programmes and activities for internally displaced persons and organise social work with them.
We implement measures provided for by international humanitarian law.
Hotline 1548
The Company has a hotline information and analytical support department. It responds promptly to citizens’ requests on issues of internally displaced persons (IDPs) — 24/7, with no breaks or days off.

Hotline 1648

- organises and oversees social work with IDPs, including the provision of social services;
- identifies people and families in difficult life circumstances caused by the armed aggression;
