In particular, in the areas of infrastructure restoration, housing policy, transport development and preparing the country for the coming heating seasons.
The Ministry of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine, together with the regions and international partners, has implemented a number of systemic solutions aimed at strengthening the country’s resilience and supporting communities.

State housing support remains an important area of focus. Since 2023, more than 483,000 Ukrainian families have received such support. In particular, more than 140,000 families have received compensation for damaged housing, and more than 43,000 families have received compensation for destroyed housing.
Despite Russia’s attacks, Ukraine also continues to ensure stable logistics and international trade. 177.7 million tonnes of cargo have already been transported through the Ukrainian sea corridor, of which 106.4 million tonnes are grain. Exports are carried out to 55 countries around the world. Ukraine’s integration into the European transport system continues. Key projects include the construction of the Mostyska-Sknyliv European gauge railway, the extension of the ‘transport visa-free regime’ with the European Union until 2027, and the introduction of the e-TTN system, which changes the rules for organising freight transport and increases market transparency,” said Oleksiy Kuleba.

The government continues its systematic work on rebuilding the country, developing communities and strengthening the resilience of critical infrastructure in wartime.
