IDPs living in the Odesa region can now use a special bot that contains useful information for adaptation in host communities.
This was reported (opens in a new tab)on the Facebook page of the Odesa Regional State Administration.
The purpose of the service is to facilitate the adaptation of IDPs in a new place and help them solve urgent issues.
The bot contains information and instructions on the following topics:
- IDP registration: step-by-step instructions for filling out applications.
- Social benefits: detailed information on available assistance and benefits.
- Housing: addresses of shelters and rental opportunities.
- Legal support: your rights and useful recommendations.
- Humanitarian aid: locations of food, clothing and medicine distribution.
- Work and education: employment and education opportunities for children.
