The National Information Bureau (NIB) continues to accept information about prisoners of war in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. It also accepts reports of persons, including children, deported or forcibly displaced in connection with Russia’s armed aggression against Ukraine.
During November 2024:
- operators of the NIB round-the-clock hotline received almost 9.7 thousand calls;
- about 4.7 thousand requests were received by e-mail: [email protected];
- more than 1.1 thousand letters were sent by post;
- almost 1.8 thousand appeals were submitted through the online form on the NIB’s website (opens in a new tab);
- more than 300 requests were received via the chatbot (opens in a new tab).
