The main goal of the activity of SE “REINTEGRATION AND RECOVERY” is the implementation of policy on issues restoration of the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine and the protection of the rights of the population living there, restoring the constitutional order on these territories. Providing humanitarian, social, consulting informational, psychological and other assistance to the civilian population, including those living in the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine; implementation of measures provided for by regulations of international humanitarian law.
Provision of prompt response to citizens’ appeals: “hotline” service lines” of the Ministry of Reintegration, the Commissioner for IDPs.
The Department of information and analytical support of “hot line” is operated within the Enterprise which ensures prompt response to appeals of citizens on issues of internally displaced persons (hereinafter referred to as IDPs) during 24 hours a day, without breaks or weekends.
From June to September 2024, the hotline’s information and analytical support department processed more than 1 198 099 calls from citizens in difficulty as a result of the armed aggression against Ukraine, and the number of calls continues to grow.
In addition, within its activities, the Enterprise organizes the development of projects, programs and measures of social orientation to support internally displaced persons (hereinafter referred to as IDPs), organizes and supervises the implementation of social work with IDPs, including the provision of social services, organizes and monitors the implementation of social work, including identification of individuals, families, who are in difficult life circumstances as a result of armed aggression, organizes and supervises work on determining the needs of IDPs in social and rehabilitation services, establishing providers of these services depending on the needs.
Activities which are not prohibited by the current legislation of Ukraine, related to the provision of humanitarian, social, psychological and other kinds of assistance are organized as well to the civilian population living on the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine. People are provided with transportation, preserving, warehousing, distribution, targeted usage, getting and accounting of humanitarian aid from donors.
