In particular, operators of the 1548 crisis hotline received more than 26,000 calls. They also responded to more than 5,000 requests received via messengers.
In addition, over the past month, the staff of the Ministry of Reintegration’s call centre handled more than 12,000 calls to the Commissioner’s hotline for IDPs.
The most frequently asked questions by citizens on these hotlines of the Ministry of Reintegration included: payment of state aid to IDPs, financial assistance from international organisations, humanitarian and legal aid, and compensation to homeowners who sheltered IDPs free of charge.
In April, operators of the hotline of the National Information Bureau (NIB) under the Ministry of Reintegration received more than 7,000 calls.
