In addition, over the past month, the staff of the Ministry of Reintegration’s call center handled more than 3 thousand calls to the Commissioner’s hotline for IDPs.
The most frequently asked questions by citizens on these hotlines of the Ministry of Reintegration included: payment of state aid to IDPs, financial assistance from international organizations, humanitarian, social and legal aid, evacuation, and compensation to homeowners who sheltered IDPs free of charge.
In August, operators of the hotline of the National Information Bureau (NIB) under the Ministry of Reintegration received about 9,000 calls.
