In addition, over the past month, the call center of the Ministry of Reintegration processed more than 9 thousand calls to the hotline of the Commissioner for IDPs.
The most frequently asked questions by citizens on these hotlines of the Ministry of Reintegration included: payment of state aid to IDPs, financial assistance from international organizations, humanitarian aid, and compensation to homeowners who sheltered IDPs for free.
In February, operators of the hotline of the National Information Bureau (NIB) under the Ministry of Reintegration received more than 9,000 calls.
