In particular, operators of the 15-48 crisis hotline received more than 15,000 calls. They also responded to more than 3,000 requests received via messengers.
In addition, over the past month, the staff of the call centre of the Ministry of Reintegration processed more than 7,000 calls to the hotline of the Commissioner for IDPs.
The most frequently asked questions by citizens on these hotlines of the Ministry of Reintegration included: payment of state aid to IDPs, financial assistance from international organisations, humanitarian and legal aid, and compensation to homeowners who sheltered IDPs free of charge.
In May, operators of the hotline of the National Information Bureau (NIB) under the Ministry of Reintegration received more than 8,000 calls.
