Tax benefits are to be granted in the territories of active hostilities where state registries operate

The relevant draft resolution was developed by the team of the Ministry of Reintegration. The document has now been sent for registration to the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for further consideration by the Government.

This draft act plans to amend paragraph 1 of the Cabinet of Ministers’ Resolution No. 1364 of 6 December 2022.

This was reported during a meeting of the Coordination Headquarters for the De-occupied Territories, chaired by Vice Prime Minister Iryna Vereshchuk.

The document was developed to regulate the payment of taxes in the territory of active hostilities, where state electronic information resources are operating.

The adoption of this resolution will make it possible to avoid charging and paying certain types of taxes in such areas.
