Starting from 30 April, internally displaced persons who are Oschadbank customers can identify their account holders via a video call to the bank’s contact centre. This applies to those persons whose accounts are subject to restrictions and who cannot physically visit a bank branch for objective reasons. This is reported on Oschadbank’s website.

To make a video call, you do not need to enter your personal data and payment card details (full card number, expiration date, PIN code, one-time OTP passwords to confirm transactions using the payment card on the Internet).
