Ukrainians can leave the TOT for government-controlled territory through a humanitarian corridor in Volyn

Until recently, Ukrainians from the TOT were returning to government-controlled territory through the humanitarian corridor Kolotylivka – Pokrovka in Sumy region. Currently, the operation of this humanitarian corridor is suspended due to enemy shelling.

The Mokrany-Domanovo checkpoint on the Belarusian-Ukrainian border remains a possible exit option. All Ukrainian citizens can use it if they have any Ukrainian documents.

After crossing the border, they are met by representatives of local authorities, social and emergency services, and volunteers. The latter provide assistance with transportation for the elderly and people with limited mobility. In addition, volunteers provide free transportation to Kovel and, if necessary, help people buy train tickets to other regions of Ukraine.

Everyone is provided with the opportunity to stay for a free night with meals.

They also register people to receive financial assistance in the amount of UAH 10,800 from the international organization and help them find free temporary housing, employment, etc.

One of the organizations helping Ukrainians leaving the TOT is Helping to Leave. You can contact representatives of the NGO by calling the call center +380 (93) 177 6458 or writing to the Telegram bot @helpingtoleave_bot.
