Mortgage at 3%: 800 more IDP families will be able to get preferential loans for housing

Today, on October 17, the State Agency for Youth and Housing held the 19th selection of candidates for a loan under the Ukrainian-German program “Housing for Internally Displaced Persons”.

This project is being implemented by the Ministry of Reintegration and the State Agency for Youth and Sports with the financial support of the German Government through the KfW.

Based on the results of the selection, another 800 IDP families were able to take out a loan at the lowest interest rate in Ukraine – 3% per annum. Loans are granted for up to 30 years with a down payment of 6% of the housing value.

The winners were selected by random sampling using software. The selection process was monitored by representatives of the Ministry of Reintegration, the State Agency for Youth and Housing and the Implementation Consultant.

The selection was broadcast in real time on the Foundation’s YouTube channel.

The list of families who were able to purchase housing under the program is available at the link.
