One of the important priorities of the Enterprise is to develop interaction with the public and to establish a public dialogue with the authorities.
The functioning of the Crisis Hotline is aimed at coordinating efforts to provide assistance for Ukrainian citizens affected by the large-scale invasion of the aggressor country and it is aimed at restoring the violated civil rights of citizens.
The Hotline operators provide consultations and explanations on a regular basis, and they ensure their further consideration by the relevant regional military administration.
The Hotline specialists are constantly in touch to provide information and consulting support and provide comprehensive information to resolve urgent issues at any time.
The 15-48 Hotline is staffed by a team that answers the questions about:
- accepting applications/consulting on evacuation from dangerous regions of Ukraine;
- providing information on the list of territories where military operations are being (were) conducted or temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine No. 376 of 28.02.2025 (as amended);
- consultation on accommodation in places of temporary residence after evacuation from the dangerous regions of Ukraine, as well as registration of citizens’ appeals in case of forced eviction of IDPs from such places;
- providing information on receiving financial assistance to the families of prisoners of war in the amount of 100 thousand UAH;
- the algorithm for obtaining an IDP certificate, as well as an application for financial assistance for IDPs;
- employment of IDPs;
- legality of cancellation of financial assistance for IDPs;
- the facts of illegal settlement of unauthorised persons in the housing of Ukrainians in the TOT, as well as the persons involved in such actions.
For the appropriate registration and further consideration of the application, the citizen provides the following information:
- Consent to the processing of personal data;
- Surname, name and patronymic (full name);
- Contact phone number and e-mail address;
- Individual tax number (TIN), if available;
- IDP certificate number with the date of issue of the certificate (if available);
- Region, district and name of the settlement (city/settlement/village etc.) from which the IDP moved from;
