This refers to the monthly state allowance for living expenses, which amounts to UAH 3,000 for people with disabilities and children and UAH 2,000 for all other internally displaced persons.
This issue was discussed at a meeting of the Coordination Headquarters for Ensuring the Realization of the Rights and Freedoms of IDPs chaired by Deputy Prime Minister Iryna Vereshchuk.
Thus, the state housing allowance for IDPs in February has been fully paid. In total, last month approximately 2.5 million internally displaced persons received housing allowances worth over UAH 5.8 billion.
It should be noted that since the beginning of 2024, payments to IDPs have already been financed in the total amount of UAH 11.7 billion.
