Pensioners who became internally displaced before 24 February 2022 had to undergo physical identification by 31 March 2024. They had to confirm their identity in one of the most convenient ways, offline or online. Such a procedure was necessary to check whether the person to whom the funds were intended actually receives them. This was reported by the Government portal.
For the attention of pensioners who became IDPs before 24 February 2022 and have not undergone physical identification: this can be done now. After passing the identification, pension payments will continue. Funds will be paid for all months for which a person did not receive a pension due to failure to undergo identification.
We would like to remind you that you can pass the identification in any convenient way
- visit a branch of Oschadbank JSC or a body of the Pension Fund of Ukraine (PFU) in person;
- remotely log in using a qualified electronic signature “Diia.Signature” (“Diia ID”) on the Pension Fund of Ukraine’s electronic services web portal. This is convenient for those who do not have the physical ability to visit bank or Pension Fund offices, are in the temporarily occupied territory or prefer online tools;
- via videoconferencing (you can apply on the Pension Fund’s electronic services web portal or through the Pension Fund of Ukraine Contact Centre by calling 0800 503 753, (044) 281 08 70, (044) 281 08 71);
- in case of staying abroad – to obtain a certificate of the fact that the person is alive from a foreign diplomatic mission of Ukraine and submit these documents to the Pension Fund of Ukraine, where the pensioner is registered. The documents can be submitted via the Fund’s web portal or by post.
