The number of pharmacies in the frontline Kherson region has increased

A pharmacy has been operating in one of the villages of the Chornobaivska community in Kherson Oblast on the territory of a family outpatient clinic since August 2. The working hours are from 8:00 to 15:00 from Monday to Saturday.

The pharmacy was opened on the instructions of Vice Prime Minister Iryna Vereshchuk following her working visit to Kherson region.

During a meeting of the Coordination Center at the Kherson Military Administration, Iryna Vereshchuk called on all heads of district military administrations to ensure the functioning of stationary pharmacies in settlements with a population of 1,000 or more.

Currently, the State Service of Ukraine on Medicines and Drugs Control in Kherson region together with the head of the pharmacy are working on the issue of its accession to the government program “Affordable Medicines”.

“I thank everyone who contributed to the opening of this pharmacy. I would also like to thank Oleksandr Prokudin, the head of the Kherson Regional Military District Administration, for his quick response. This will help provide local residents with the necessary medicines,” the Vice Prime Minister emphasized.
