This topic was discussed at a meeting on providing support to the evacuated population, which was chaired by Deputy Head of the Presidential Office Iryna Vereshchuk.

The meeting was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Reintegration, international and public organizations, as well as a number of regional military administrations.

The focus of attention was on barrier-free accessibility and arrangement of temporary accommodation for the elderly and people with limited mobility. In particular, they discussed the accessibility of premises for people with limited mobility.

During the meeting, the UN Resident Coordinator in Ukraine, UN Humanitarian Coordinator Mathias Schmale emphasized that the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs, together with partners, decided to allocate $20 million to support local organizations that help vulnerable populations.
