Humanitarian response in Kharkiv region: communities to receive assistance from international partners in recovery

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is implementing a project called “Community Recovery and Support”. This was reported by the Kharkiv AUC.

As part of the initiative, the partners plan to implement a number of humanitarian activities in the Valkivska and Berestynska communities. In particular, they will repair schools, kindergartens, social and cultural institutions.

IOM will also support the residents of these communities in the field of mental health, provide grant support to local NGOs and conduct trainings to further attract investments.

The Community Recovery and Support Project will be implemented over 42 months. It is currently being implemented in 25 communities in Ukraine.
