Ukrzaliznytsia continues to evacuate residents from frontline regions. Residents of Donetsk Oblast board the evacuation carriage — carriage 0 — to travel further away from enemy shelling and constant danger.
Yesterday, 39 passengers departed on the zero carriage of the Lozova-Lviv evacuation train. Among them were 10 people with limited mobility and disabilities, children, and their pets: 5 dogs and 7 cats.
Thanks to the work of the evacuation teams, they will all be able to reach safer cities, where they will be able to take a break from daily shelling and constant fear.

Passengers are transported to western regions of Ukraine, where local authorities, volunteers and humanitarian organisations promptly assist with accommodation and basic needs.

The Ministry of Development continues to work with Ukrzaliznytsia, the Ministry of Social Policy, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, regional administrations, communities and volunteers to ensure the evacuation of Ukrainians living in frontline regions.
We would like to thank our partners who are helping to organise the evacuation and saving the lives of Ukrainians every day: Donetsk Regional Military Administration, Save Ukraine, Coordination Humanitarian Centre, East SOS Charitable Foundation, Proliska NGO, Angels of Salvation Charitable Foundation, and the Red Cross Society in Ukraine.
