Internally displaced persons staying in state, municipal, or private property during their displacement are entitled to compensation for utilities.
Since March 2022, this program has received over 579 million UAH in funding. The Cabinet of Ministers has allocated these funds to reimburse March 2022 – July 2023 utility costs to institutions sheltering IDPs.
The project is financed from the state budget reserve fund.
