The caller will be provided with detailed instructions on how, when and from where the evacuation will take place.
It should be noted that people with reduced mobility are taken away by specially equipped vehicles.
After the gathering, those who wish to participate are taken to the evacuation centre in Kharkiv. There, people are registered and provided with information on resettlement. In addition, people who plan to travel outside the region are advised.
People can also receive humanitarian, psychological and first aid assistance upon arrival at the centre.
