Which recipients of housing subsidies and benefits need to apply for the extension of payments by 1 July?

The relevant explanation of the Pension Fund of Ukraine (PFU) is posted on the Government Portal.

According to this explanation, you must apply for the extension of payments by 1 July 2024 if you simultaneously meet all of the following criteria

  • you are a recipient of a housing and utility subsidy or benefit;
  • were a recipient of a subsidy or benefit as of the beginning of the full-scale aggression of the Russian Federation on 24 February 2022;
  • lived (or are living) in the TOT or in the area of active hostilities;
  • have not applied to the social security authorities or the Pension Fund for reassignment of subsidies or benefits since the beginning of the full-scale aggression.

Ways to submit an application and required documents:

  1. In person – through the service centres of the Pension Fund of Ukraine, authorised officials of the executive body of the village, town or city council of the respective territorial communities, administrative service centres.
  2. By mail – to the address of the Fund’s body.
  3. Online – through the Pension Fund’s electronic services web portal, the Pension Fund mobile application or the Diia portal.
