The program is being implemented by the Rockada Foundation with the financial support of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees in Ukraine. This is stated on the foundation’s website.
Both homeowners and IDPs who
- have purchased housing
- rent it for a long period of time;
- live in a house provided by the community free of charge.
The program provides slate, boards, windows, doors, drywall, OSB boards, screws, metal tiles, etc.
Priority will be given to the restoration of windows, doors and roofs.
