The Coordination Center for Mandatory Evacuation of the Population under Martial Law supported the decision to forcibly evacuate children and their families from the village of Borova in Kharkiv region. UNHCR is allocating an additional UAH 265 million to fund the Shelter program. This initiative will allow homeowners who have accommodated IDPs free of charge to compensate for utility bills.

International partners allocate additional funds to support organizations that help evacuated Ukrainians. In particular, the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs, together with partners, will finance $20 million to support local organizations that help vulnerable populations.
A meeting of the Presidium of the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities under the President of Ukraine dedicated to the Victory Plan was held. It was reported that the Cabinet of Ministers, the Verkhovna Rada, and the Presidential Office are already working with key countries at the team level to implement the Plan’s provisions. Work is also underway to engage communities in this process.
