In particular, operators of the 1548 crisis hotline received more than 14 thousand calls. They also responded to more than 7,000 requests received via messengers.
In addition, over the past month, the staff of the Ministry of Reintegration’s call center processed almost 5 thousand calls to the Commissioner’s hotline for IDPs.
The most frequently asked questions by citizens on the hotlines of the Ministry of Reintegration include
– payment of state aid to IDPs;
– financial assistance from international organizations;
– payment of compensation to homeowners who sheltered IDPs for free;
– financial assistance for the purchase of solid household fuel for vulnerable categories of the population in the frontline areas;
– legal, humanitarian and social assistance.
In October, operators of the hotline of the National Information Bureau (NIB) under the Ministry of Reintegration received more than 10 thousand calls.
