On Wednesday, October 29, Deputy Prime Minister for the Recovery of Ukraine — Minister of Community and Territorial Development Oleksiy Kuleba, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andriy Sybiga, and Minister of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture of Ukraine Oleksiy Sobolev held a meeting on the preparation of international events for the recovery of Ukraine.
During the discussion, participants focused on continuing to implement the agreements reached during the Ukraine Recovery Conference (URC 2025) in Rome. It was this platform that brought together partners — governments, financial institutions, and businesses — around large-scale infrastructure, housing, and technology projects that are already being implemented in communities.
Oleksii Kuleba emphasized that the effectiveness of such cooperation ensures real change for people in frontline regions and de-occupied territories, the development of housing programs, the modernization of critical infrastructure, and new opportunities for local businesses.
“International support is being translated into specific projects and programs: restored housing for people, modernized schools and hospitals, protected energy facilities, and transport routes for the economy. We are working to ensure that each project has funding, implementers, and clear deadlines. URC 2025 has given us the tools to do this, and we are moving forward every day together with our partners,” said Oleksiy Kuleba.
In a separate block, participants agreed on preparations for Ukraine’s participation in the Rebuild Ukraine international exhibition and conference, which will take place in November in Poland and will be another opportunity to attract investment, technology, and new partners for reconstruction projects.
Planning has also begun for the next Ukraine Recovery Conference — URC 2026, which, according to preliminary agreements, will be held in Poland. Ukraine is putting together a package of infrastructure, economic, and innovation projects that will be of strategic importance for community development.
