The government has endorsed the ministry’s proposal to allocate more than 5 billion UAH to fund housing certificates. These funds come from the Council of Europe Development Bank as part of the HOME project. All projects and agreements in areas that have been transferred to the Ministry of Regional Development’s jurisdiction are continuing.
We take responsibility for their implementation and the results.
We expect the first tranche of 2.5 billion hryvnias in the near future, following the completion of budgetary procedures.
Over the past three years of the “e-Recovery” program, more than 88,000 families have already received housing certificates. More than 33,000 families have purchased new homes. At the same time, approximately 55,000 recipients are still awaiting funding. Therefore, we are not halting the program and will consistently provide it with the necessary resources. We are working with our colleagues in the government, parliament, and international partners to secure additional funding so that as many Ukrainian families as possible can regain what matters most—their own home.
