According to the latest data, 2,438 candidate profiles have already been registered on the information and communication platform of the Recovery Reserve. Of these, 2229 have been successfully enrolled in the personnel reserve.
This is stated on the Facebook page of the National Agency on Civil Service (NACS).
Most of the candidates are men. They submitted 1385 applications (56.8%). Women submitted 1053 questionnaires (43.2%).
In terms of regional priority, candidates prefer to work in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol (77.2%), Donetsk region (26.1%), Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions (22.3% each).
Among the proposed areas of work, candidates most often choose:
- administrative management (50%);
- state supervision and control (35%);
- administration and provision of public services (23%);
- prevention of corruption (21%);
- human resources management (19%).
