The government has extended the payment of living allowances for IDPs for another six months
People with IDP status who meet the program’s eligibility requirements will be able to receive living assistance for another six months. The total number of payment periods has been increased from five to six.
For children from IDP families who are eligible for assistance, payments will be automatically extended for the next six months. No new application is required.
