You can sign up for the identification test via video conference through the web portal of the Pension Fund of Ukraine (PFU).
To do this, it is necessary to perform the following steps:
1. Go to the web portal of electronic services of the PFU using the link. At the top of the screen, select the “Video conference identification” tab and click on it.
2. In the form that appears on the screen, fill in all the fields marked with an asterisk. If necessary, indicate the type of service to be provided during video identification (sign language interpreter, physical support of a personal assistant or helper, etc.).
Scanned copies of documents can be attached to the application: passport, pension certificate, certificate of identification number assignment, birth certificate, employment book, etc. After that, click “Submit an application”.
Please note that in the interests of incapacitated persons or persons whose legal capacity is limited, applications are submitted by guardians.
After submitting an application for identification via video conference, an authorized employee of the PFU body will contact you to agree on the time and method of video identification.
Note that the video conference can be conducted through one of the software platforms chosen by the applicant: Google Meet, Signal, Skype, Telegram, Viber, WhatsApp, Zoom.Video identification is carried out within 30 calendar days, but no earlier than 10 working days from the date of submission of the application (appeal).
This is stipulated by the Procedure, which was approved by the resolution of the PFU board dated November 20, 2023 No. 49-2, which entered into force on December 8 of the current year.
