From 4 February, evacuations from Donetsk region to Zhytomyr region will be carried out by a special train once every 8 days on even numbers. This was reported by the Donetsk Regional Military Administration.
In particular, the evacuees will be provided with the following social guarantees
- free housing in places of compact residence in the Zhytomyr region;
- payment of accommodation allowance to IDPs;
- humanitarian, psychological and medical assistance.
In order to leave for a safe region free of charge, you need to:
- Submit an application by phone: (098) 890-33-18 or (066) 285-62-90. To evacuate seriously ill and disabled people, call: 0 800 332 614.
- Get to the gathering point (you will be informed about this during the appointment), from where there will be a free transfer to the evacuation train in Pokrovsk.
As a reminder, the mandatory evacuation of residents of Donetsk Oblast will be carried out to Zhytomyr Oblast from 18 April 2023 in accordance with the decision of the Government Coordination Centre for Evacuation.
