The legislation does not provide for any restrictions on evacuation for persons without identity documents.
It should be noted that evacuation is free of charge. To make an appointment, please contact local authorities.
We also remind you that IDPs can be accommodated in temporary accommodation facilities even if they do not have identification documents.
This is stipulated by the Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 930 of September 1, 2023 “Some issues of functioning of temporary accommodation places for internally displaced persons”. The draft act was developed by the Ministry of Reintegration.
