What documents do the winners of the selection process need to prepare to receive a mortgage loan under the Housing for IDPs program?

IDP families selected as participants in the Housing for IDPs program will be able to take out a preferential loan to purchase housing. Loans are provided at the lowest interest rate in Ukraine – 3% per annum for up to 30 years and a down payment of 6% of the cost of housing.

To apply for a loan, you need to submit a package of documents to the regional office of the State Agency for Housing and Urban Development at your place of residence. The list of documents to be prepared by the winners of the selection process can be found in this video.

It is worth reminding that the program of affordable mortgage lending for IDPs is implemented by the Ministry of Reintegration and the State Agency for Youth and Housing with the financial support of the German Government through the KfW.
