A joint project to support Ukrainians who have been forced to leave their homes, launched by Ukrzaliznytsia in partnership with the Ministry of Community and Territorial Development, the national project “Side by Side: United Communities” and the Ministry of Digital Transformation, has yielded its first results.
More than 1,000 Ukrainians have already confirmed their IDP status in the Ukrzaliznytsia app through Diya and have been given the opportunity to:
- double points for every kilometer traveled;
- access to exclusive offers from partners in the Iron Friends loyalty program.
The most popular offers among users are:
- discounts on pharmacy products;
- discounts on medical services;
- discounts on household appliances.
All offers can be found in the “Iron Friends” loyalty program – category “For IDPs”, which becomes available after confirming your status through Diya.
How to connect:
1. Update and open the Ukrzaliznytsia app;
2. Go to “Profile” → “My data”;
3. Select “Add IDP status”;
4. Confirm your status via the Diya app;
5. Take advantage of special offers and get double hugs!
Follow the updates in the app, as Ukrzaliznytsia is preparing even more offers from partners and adding new ones—special offers from MAUDAU and Apteka Dobrogo Dnya are also available starting today.
