A social dormitory for people affected by the war has recently been opened at the dormitory of Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas. This is reported on the university’s website.
The renovated premises have more than 30 comfortable rooms with smart kitchens, modern furniture, appliances and bathrooms. They will be able to accommodate 150 IDPs.
The reconstruction of the housing was carried out as part of the project “EU Support to the Immediate Needs of Internally Displaced Persons in Ukraine”. It is funded by the European Union and implemented by the Nordic Environment Finance Corporation (NEFCO).
